Tj and another technician from Mammoth Services were absolutely amazing when they came to swap our fridges. Not only were they super quick and efficient, but they were also a huge help when they pitched in to unload all the delicate glass condiments and Tupperware for the transfer! That level of personal, unexpected help is why I highly recommend them, they truly went above and beyond!?

Explained to Kendrick what was happening to our air conditioner and he knew right away what it could be. He thoroughly checked to see if he was right and indeed fixed our problem. Nice to have someone like him show up. Thank you!

AC went out today with a newborn in the house and it got up into the 80s pretty quickly. Mammoth was able to dispatch Kendrick over to our house within 30 minutes or less. Kendrick was professional, transparent and overall just helpful in fixing our issue. Much respect for Kendrick going into attics in 110 degrees weather - thanks to him our newborn will be able to live in an air conditioned house!
