Brandon walked through the house inside and out to inspect for termite activity. He conducted a thorough inspection and went over his observations and provided a lot of information about what he saw. He was friendly and professional. An asset to the company.
I'm excited to be working with Magic Pest Control I have worked
with them a couple times now and they have been very
responsive, quick and thorough. Brandon, whom I've interacted
with the most provides great service, and does a great job at
laying out all options. I trust they will do a good job when they
come back to perform the actual service to help get rid of the
termites. I look forward to getting all of this taken care of.
Great response from MPC just over 4 years since full treatment. Minor termite trails in baseboard turned out to be a more massive infiltration due to a crack in the slab. Looks like this was caught at a time before they had started feasting on the interior wall 2x4s. Warranty service.
