Not only did they help with material selection and making sure everything was going to look cohesive to avoid regrets, but they also showed me my new bathroom with my selected materials and new layout via 3D Renderings before I committed to the construction phase. Changing the layout of your bathroom makes it that much harder to visualize the new space but those renderings put me at ease. This team is the real deal because they have experience in both design and construction. Sergio and his sons have actually worked in the field and Sergio especially has been doing it for what he mentioned was 2 decades! Him and his sons really know how to run a project and know the ins and outs of the trades so they make sure everything is being done up to high standards. Having a background in the trades (HVAC) I have seen a lot of contractors do shotty work, and these guys are the complete opposite. As a guy, I really didn't think I needed the design part, but once I realized I wanted to get it right the first time to avoid throwing money away, I jumped on it and made sure everything was designed the way I wanted! The possibility of wasting money will really wake you up! I could go on and on about Sergio and his team of amazing workers but just give them a call and have them come out for a consult! It's not often I write long reviews, but these guys sure deserve their flowers!
We hired Ledezma Tile to renovate our second bathroom which included installing a walk-in shower, a new bathroom tile floor, installing a toilet, a new vanity, mirror, and light fixture. They also extended the tile floor from our second bedroom into the adjacent hallway in front of the bathroom. They were punctual, arrived on time daily and worked diligently while delivering top-notch craftsmanship, while finishing the project in the estimated timeframe. They addressed all our questions in a timely manner via phone and texting and assisted us in tile selection and design and picking up our ordered tile and supplies for a modest delivery fee. Their Sub-Contractors (plumbing and shower glass) were very professional, performed quality work, were on time, and kept us informed on what they were doing,. They were responsive, professional, polite, and very competitively priced. Their meticulous attention to detail and workmanship was superior to other renovations we have experienced. They covered our floors and surfaces in all work areas and were very respectful of our furniture and belongings. They are extremely tidy and cleaned up as they worked. The tile installation was flawless, and the bathroom floor and hallway installation beautiful. Sergio Sr.’s 20+ years of tiling experience was truly reflected in the quality of his workmanship. We highly recommend Ledezma Tile for anyone looking to do a bathroom remodel.
