Laser Specialists has been great to deal with, Lance and Nate are very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. The pricing is what I would expect and service is prompt. Highly recommend this company.

Lance returned my call promptly and told me what he thought was wrong with my printer. I followed Lance's instructions and the problem was gone. Lance was honest and ethical. He told me that he thought it was an easy fix and he didn't want to come out and charge me if it was something I could take care of on my own. I will definitely recommend Laser Specialists and Lance to anyone that has a printer issue.
