Wonderful experience. Brought my son’s suit for dry cleaning and was told it’d be a certain price and take a couple days. It was ready for pickup the next day for less than I was quoted. Came back perfectly. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.
After getting quotes of $150–$200 from other places, I walked into Lapel’s and was told $65. Even though the tailor who assisted me couldn’t get it done before my event, she went out of her way to call other tailors, and followed up within an hour to confirm.
My second dress arrived that evening, so I brought it in when I dropped off the first, not thinking they’d be able to fit it in, but they did! Both dresses were estimated within a week and finished 3 days early, all for $130.
Super impressed with the service here. I’ll definitely be coming back for alterations and dry cleaning!
I love this dry cleaner! The turn around time is amazing, and the staff is so lovely and sweet! All of the staff seem to be taking good care of each other and the guests that walk into the store! I will definitely be coming back here!! ❤️🔥❤️🔥
