Lapels Dry Cleaning offers a wide range of services, including environmentally friendly dry cleaning, laundry, and same-day service. Customers appreciate the exceptional quality of the cleaning, with consistent results and attention to special care fabric cleaning. The delivery service is highly convenient, and the prices are reasonable. Many reviews highlight the excellent customer service, although some mention that the staff can be unfriendly or unresponsive during interactions. Lapels prioritizes convenience and environmental responsibility in garment care, with a 24-hour drop box and Sunday openings. The manager has been praised for their understanding and helpful approach in addressing customer concerns, even going above and beyond to resolve issues. However, some customers have found the prices to be a bit high, particularly for services like hemming.
They were fantastic! I needed some pants, jumpsuit, and swimsuit hemmed/taken in for vacation. The seamstress got them done in less than a week and they all fit perfect and was roughly $75 for them all. I had a work blouse that got some weird pencil mak looking smudges on it and while I was there asked about it getting cleaned, was only $9 to have them try. They weren't able to get them all out but was a huge difference and the marks left aren't really noticeable. It's a one stop shop and reasonable pricing!

Great customer service. Pricing was fair for hemming pants. I like that they measure the length you want your pants hemmed in person so you can make adjustment easily. Will definitely return for other services.
