From the time we entered the lazy boy retail store the staff was courteous and pleasant. Our sales associate, Lisa was very knowledgeable and professional in handling everything that we had questions about. The delivery movers were punctual and on time. I highly recommend lazy boy furniture stores, the next time someone is interested in purchasing quality furniture.

After a terrible experience at another Lazy Boy store we came to the San Tan location. What a great decision. We were greet immediately, told Ron Johnson what we were looking for and he knew exactly what we were talking about. The previous salesperson at the Mesa location told us it didn’t exist because the model had been changed. My own eyes could tell that wasn’t true. Ron got us what we needed for our 90 year old mother to replace her rocking loveseat. She had loved her for years and insisted on getting the same one. Our thanks to Ron for helping us keep our mom comfortable and treating us with such courtesy.

The sales person (Katie) and designer listened to what our needs were, helped us pick the right fit, then came to our new home to make sure our choices would align to our home interior and space
