I’m a property manager in Scottsdale Az. One of the properties I manage developed a leak and the previous roofing company we were dealing with that fixed a previous leak from the roof into the garage did substandard work. It had to be redone,and redone again ! It’s very difficult because I’m dealing with very high-end houses and I’m the one that is dealing with these contractors and assuring my client that all is going well.
