Our ac quit cooling and it was 104 outside. We had a horrible hot night on July 4th. We called K&K. Danny was here 3 hours later on A Daturday after the holiday. Certainly not regular business hours. 30 minutes later, we are cooling down. Amazing service, no upsale pressure at all. Just amazing, honest customer service. We are so thankful.
