Jim and his team did a great job on my roof replacement. From the first estimate to the end of the job, Jim kept me informed. He emailed me pictures of the progress and was there in person both days. They crew was very good and cleaned up everything, even using a magnet sweeper to collect any stray nails. Would highly recommend them.
We had Jim come fix a roof leak we found after the recent rains and he provided a very reasonable estimate and was back in a couple days to do the repair. The work was great and timely. We have used his services before and recommend his company!
I contacted JWF late on a Tuesday. Jim came to the house the next day. JWF has done a number of roofs in our neighborhood, so he was familiar with the size and amount of work required. He gave me a quote on the spot. Jim said that JWF use to have several crews working on different homes at the same time. Then several years ago they decided to combine all their workers on a single job. This insured that their best people were always on every job. It also meant the work could be done quicker. (Our roof was done in less than 2 days). Jim and all the workers were prompt and very professional. They started at 7am on a Friday and ended by 4pm on Sat.
