My daughter and I have been going to Greenfield Nails for over 8 years. We have tried many other nail places over the years, and nothing compares to the quality of service we get at Greenfield (both the Gilbert and Chandler locations). The staff is always friendly, helpful, and attentive. Both locations have been well-maintained and very clean every single visit. The results of manicures and pedicures have been very consistent, which has been a major issue with other salons...not getting what I requested/paid for. I've gotten to a point where I won't even go to any other nail places because they don't have my trust or loyalty.
I’ve been going to Greenfield for about 5 months now since moving from the East Coast. I want to name that CiCi, Lisa, and Gina are fantastic techs. Mai gives the best pedicure. The salon is clean and welcoming. There’s a great color selection for dip and gel.I bring my 3 nieces every time I go. We get dip manicures. It is hit and miss on whether or not our nails last. None of us are hard on our nails or bite them. And yet, they lift, crack, or just pop off. I’m used to having dip manis last 3-4 weeks. I recommend Tammy for those who gravitate towards acrylics, longer nails, or more intricate color/design concepts. She’s patient and nice without being too chatty or prying. I really appreciate that as an introvert. She stops to ask if I like the shape or the progress along the way. She also allows for me to make color changes or brainstorm what I’m wanting and I like that as well. I’ve been to both Greenfield locations and they’re also always clean and have good space where I’m not bumping elbows or legs with other patrons. They also have the largest gel and dip selection I’ve seen available in comparison to other Phoenix, Chandler, and Gilbert nail salons.
