Stay away!! They hardly show up every week to complete the weekly service and claim they are using a paper to verify they’ve been there. I had security cameras that record and multiple weeks no one showed. I made the mistake of doing additional service and there was never consistency when the technician would show up. Coming to my home after 8pm multiple times. Saying he’d arrive the next day showing days later again with no communication. Then after a draining and refilling left my pump filters open and exposed for almost a week. When he gave me the price for the new filters he claimed it was $1250. I checked... read full review

I bought a home in Gilbert and was unfamiliar with pool care in Arizona. I had received a flier from Gilbert Pool Services so I called and asked them to schedule weekly pool service. There was no mention of a contract and I was never asked to sign one. I also asked to have someone come and assess my pool equipment for replacement as it was about 14 years old and was a sand filter. I wanted top of the line with the ability to control the system from my phone. A gentleman came to my home and looked at the equipment. I later learned he is the owner. I bought a new home and wanted to get it ready for winter with a new heat pump. I called 3 different pool companies and Gilbert was the least expensive, ($1,250 less) and seemed like the most knowledgeable. Rick pointed out issues that the other 2 guys didn't notice. Apparently the previous owners replaced the motor with something that wasn't code within the past year. Rick pulled out a electrical meter and showed me that this prior pump was using 2,170 watts per hour and promised he could install one that would use less than 5,600 watts per day at 16 hours a day. Rick also felt the motor was replaced due to it sitting in a sink hole and probably burned up from... read full review
