I phoned him because my cylinder was revolving, and he arrived in less than 30 minutes with a new multi-lock fitted. tightened screws and described the procedure in detail. Accepted payment cards and sent me a receipt through email so I wouldn't lose it. quite pleased, especially given that it is a weekend early morning service.
