I recently had to have a crown placed on a cracked tooth, which was a big deal for me because I have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist. Because of that, I kept putting it off. But I finally got the courage to go, and I’m so glad I chose Gilbert Dental Center. From the moment I walked in, the experience was fantastic. The front desk staff made check-in smooth and welcoming, and both the dental assistant and Dr. Justin Frost were phenomenal. I explained my anxiety to them, and they were incredibly understanding and supportive. Dr. Frost took the time to introduce himself and share a bit about his background, which immediately helped put me at ease. He thoroughly explained the procedure and reassured me that we could take as many breaks as I needed. His approach is thoughtful, calm, and very patient-centered, which made the entire experience much less stressful than I expected. He is extremely thorough and clearly cares about his patients’ comfort and experience. I highly recommend Dr. Frost and the entire team at Gilbert Dental Center for any dental needs.
