Been a patient at Gilbert Center for Family Medicine since they were on Guadalupe & Gilbert roads. So, a long time. I met Dr Schlotterback at that location, and he has been my PCP ever since. He is a rare combination of medical acumen and caring for the patient. I have never walked away from an appointment from him disappointed. I come prepared and we have focused, engaging conversations about my issues. He has treated me for a myriad of issues, and I am very grateful for his help.I have seen other providers at their office and have generally been happy. Same for the staff, which are generally great once you get their attention (hard sometimes by phone).

Everyone in the office seems nice enough but I have been trying for 2 months now to get someone to contact me about the results of my ultrasound and have gotten nothing. When I finally was able to get someone on the line, they told me that I need to contact the place where I had the U/S done and have them fax over the results ...what?? You mean do your job for you? I called the imaging place and they told me that I need to have Gilbert Center for Family Medicine fax over a request for the results. I am beyond frustrated. I used to work in a medical office and I can tell you that this is all just pure laziness. I shouldn't have to wait this long for someone to speak to...read full review

We just went for quarterly blood testing. The wait was about 1/2 hour but they were very busy. The blood techs are the best. Painless, and quick. I would never go anywhere else. Our Dr appt is today and our lengthy results are already back from LabCorp.
