We had a NYE emergency when we realized our hot water heater had been leaking into our house. Called Gregg at 11:30pm NYE (not really thinking someone would answer) but he he actually did!! We talked about price & what was needed and he was at our home first thing New Years Day. 3 hours later we had a new hot water heater installed. Gregg was professional, clean and all around such a nice human being. We had contacted a couple of other plumbing companies just to compare price and Gregg beat them all by a mile , not only in price but also in customer service and satisfaction. 15/10 👍🏻
