I required a 12 month warranty inspection on my new build home. The inspector was friendly, knowledgable, and even provided safety tips which is much appreciated since I have a family. He was very detailed, provided a verbal summary of everything he did and all the defects he found. I was provided a link to my report which was exceptionally thorough with videos, pictures, and great descriptions that I could pass directly on to the builder. I would use him again and highly recommend.
I recently acquired the services of Tim for a 1 year home inspection. Tim showed up on time precisely and informed me of the process. He was polite and friendly.
