5 ⭐️’s. My Dad's unexpected and unplanned passing left us heartbroken, unable to think much less make decisions easily. We didn’t have any direction or plan in place for this I foreseen tragedy. I believe we were led to Falconer Team. Alexis since day 1 gave our family love, grace, care and made us feel seen, valued and heard. She took care of Dad as if he was her own. All the meetings, emails and calls to ensure Dad’s day was centered with love is appreciated. Dad was not ordinary and deserved a room full of love and celebration. Alexis brought our vision to life. Behind the scenes she listened to stories we shared about him and his bold ways of life…this memorial would be about Dad and no fabricating whatsoever. We felt and seen that. Carmen finished and was there with us for the big day. She was so caring and loving to our family and they set up my Dad's services beautifully. I highly recommend this team for so many reasons. Our family is GRATEFUL. They help with everything and the communication is unmatched. They are sooo communicative. This place was led to us I believe this. We also had live mariachi's and could custom this memorial in any way we wished. It was beautiful.
