I have a giant no soliciting sign on my door. Does this company only hire illiterate idiots??? And not only do your sketchy reps completely ignore them they think it’s fun to harass families. There is absolutely no reason the same rep should be coming to my door 3 times in 3 hours. Nor should these reps be coming to my house 3x a week. No means no you creeps. I’m starting to feel genuinely unsafe and creeped out.

It is clear that Ecoshield is a corporate entity that outsources and subcontracts as much as possible, while drastically marking up their pest control services, and locking unsuspecting customers into unnecessary contracts. Complete money grab!We have 3 no soliciting signs posted. When I mentioned them, Kasai told me that he ignores those signs because he is offering a “needed service” and not selling anything. Face palm. When my husband pulled his car into the garage, Kasai made a comment like “there’s the guy to talk to,” and then presented some laminated card info to him. I am utterly disappointed with the service provided by Eco Shield Phoenix. My experience with them has been frustrating and utterly unsatisfactory. Despite numerous attempts to reach out via email, I never received a single response from them. Communication seems to be a significant issue with this company, as getting in touch with a local agent is next to impossible.What's more disheartening is their lack of professionalism. I have video evidence of a representative arriving at my property, only to walk to my backyard and then leave without performing the scheduled service. There was no attempt made to reschedule or even an explanation as to why the service was not provided....read full review
