We had a great experience with Drip Restoration. Kristin, Nate, and Dominic were all extremely knowledgeable, professional, and provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. They were quick to respond, very thorough in their work, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. Overall, it was a smooth and stress-free experience, and we’ll definitely be using them again. Highly recommend!

This is simply an exceptional company, and our experience with them from start to finish was stellar. We had a 2 am water line break in a new cabin and dramatic water damage throughout the first floor. I called, frantic, at around 2:30 am and spoke to Nate, who quickly assured me a team would be there in the morning. Both Andrew and Jarrod arrived on the scene. Andrew has huge experience and vast expertise in understanding, dealing with, and explaining to upset home owners everything that needed to be done and assessed. This company is AMAZING! Not only do they do incredible restoration work, but they also helped me with the stuff on the back end. Kristen did everything from helping me file the claim to answering questions the adjusters had. She is the BEST! Thank you Drip Restoration for a job well done! Highly recommended!
