I cannot thank this place enough! Having a flood in your home is already so stressful, but these guys really helped us figure things out! Ester helped walked us through the process of dealing with insurance etc. Van was our mitigation guy & he was so personable, yet professional. We felt comfortable having him in our home. He did an excellent job, was thorough & quick! Thank you guys for helping us clean up the mess & get our kitchen prepped for repairs.
Van and his team are super professional and passionate about the services they are providing. They care about the customer and work quickly to make sure that the damage is mitigated and dried out properly. I would recommend this company to anyone.
I was very impressed with Van from Disaster Services Gilbert. I had a flood in the bathroom and he was able to come out quickly. He was professional, friendly and sent texts letting me know his estimated arrival time. He was informative and thorough when answering my questions about the process. He worked diligently to clean up the flood. I highly recommend Disaster Services Gilbert when disaster strikes!
