I had needed to be seen for an ongoing skin issue and skin tag removal. It is easy to schedule with them and the receptionist was able to accommodate to my hectic schedule and she set me up for a perfect time to be seen. The practitioner and medical assistant were very informative, caring, and professional. They were clear and concise during the visit, which is what I wanted. Elsa and her team has shown so much compassion, commitment, and care for my elderly dad. Elsa especially went above and beyond to help my 88 year old dad by staying on top of his condition, not only trying to find the culprit but consistently offering different ways to help alleviate his suffering. She always return my calls promptly when my dad condition needed immediate attention. Thank you ladies at the front desk for always delivering the message promptly and taking all my call seriously for the sake of my dad.
