I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the professionalism and service I have received from this company. I came in originally on March 29th to file with my partner. We needed some more information provided so we went home, came back within an hour to provide that info and was told we were set. 3 weeks pass by and we haven't received any refund, and the IRS website has no info. We called and apparently our additional info was never passed onto him from his front end staff. We gave him the info and things were okay, so we thought. Some times, you get lucky. I'm a business owner, and I found Desert Crest Accounting by completing a Google search for CPA's near my home. I sat with Brian for a consultation, and knew I found my guy! He's understanding, ethical, and on top of opportunities I should be taking advantage of as a business owner. I hope to be a client of his for many years.
