I recently used Checklist Inspections for the first time for a home purchase for a client, and had a great experience. They were very thorough in the review and on the report. As a Realtor, I will definitely recommend them again for future clients.
The inspector that reviewed the house did a great job I felt that the brochure that was given was misleading and should’ve been clearer on what was included in the inspection. It’s nice that they do all of the different services, but would’ve been nice to know ahead of time that they were add-ons.
Checklist Inspctions did a fabulous job with my new home. Brian was very thorough and timely. Inspection was scheduled immediately and no stone was left unturned. He then discussed and pointed out every item he found faulty on the list. His report was thorough and immediate. There isn’t much to repair but little problems left unattended can blossom into big problems I’m happy to know I’ll be moving into a home that is safe. Excellent work by Brian. Thank you Checklist for employing caring and knowledgeable people. Not an inexpensive endeavor but very well worth every penny.
