I’m getting a four star and the reason for this four star is because anytime that you try to call them and either schedule an appointment or you have a medical concern for yourself they never answer the phone or call you back but I do like the nurse or the nurse practitioner that I do work with and she’s great her name is Sharron so the only reason for the four stars is because no one will ever call you back so you have to sit here and try to call and call and call until someone actually answers.

The pre appointment before the colonoscopy was rude to say the least. Kept waiting in exam room for a minimum of 45 minutes with no apology, then sent out to the waiting room again to then be scheduled for the procedure. Appointment was scheduled for 11:15 instructed to arrive 15 minutes early which we did. Sat in the waiting room over 30 minutes then brought into exam room where we sat for 45 minutes. 2 hours later we are finally done and leaving.

Update after service. The two hour wait was frustrating but once I was seen the staff was great.

Really surprised by the high ratings. Must be bots. I was told to arrive 45 mins before my appt, which I did. I’ve been waiting now 2 hours and still no word. I got bored so I decided I had time to leave a review. I’ve asked twice and the staff seem quite annoyed that I would ask why my appt is TWO HOURS behind
