BGB Painting provides excellent service, from cost estimates to scheduling and payment. Their professional painters are kind, courteous, and attentive to details. They take the time to ensure customers are satisfied, walking them through the finished work to guarantee a job well done. The company is reliable, with prompt communication and resolution of any issues that may arise. With a smooth and thorough process, customers are left extremely pleased, and are happy to recommend BGB Painting to others.
The paint job looks to be outstanding. Everyone on the crew was polite and professional. There were a few reasons I didn’t rate it a 5. Regardless of my following review, I would use them again. Communication was lacking:
- I was told it was a three-day job. Ended up being four, without any notice.
- Nobody told us when the crew would arrive or depart each day, which was important because we needed to ensure doors were open but had other things to do away from the house each day.
- I got trapped in my house for a few hours on the last day because every door was taped off, but nobody told me in advance.

This is the second time we've had BJB Painting at our home, this time for the interior. Once again, the painters were kind and professional. They did a great job taping off and protecting all my hard wood! They took the time to walk around with me afterwards to make sure I was satisfied. Regarding scheduling, they were available the very week that I needed them. Making payment was simple. Our only hiccup this time around was some communication with management the day of the job regarding some prep work, but those were resolved promptly with respect and professionalism. Thank you for a job well done.
