I found Banner Neuro Wellness, a wonderful, very exceptional place for me to achieve my Parkinson’s exercise goals? How delightful I found the exercise class to be. I never liked group exercise when I could move. I signed up with some trepidation. However, I was genuinely appreciative how gentle and kind the guys were. They made the experience fun and enjoyable. The exercise, vigorous. Bt the time I got in the car I felt so invigorated. I am so looking forward to my next class on Thursday! I wish I found Banner Neuro Wellness years ago. Since starting with Banner Neuro Wellness I have had nothing but encouragement from the whole staff. The staff are all very knowledgeable in the specialty of Parkinson’s Disease. They are teaching me how important exercise is to managing the disease. I would highly recommend these classes to anyone who has been diagnosed with Parkinson’s. I personally am feeling so much better since starting this class. Thank you to all the staff for their dedication!

The staff at Banner Neuro Wellness Center has changed my life!Five months ago, I learned that a friend of my brother, who is in a wheelchair and literally unable to do anything for himself, was told by his doctor that he could have staved off this phase of Parkinson’s for five to seven years if he had done his exercises.I told my son that I don’t know what the exercises are. He found out about Banner Neuro Wellness Center. My wife and I visited to check it out and I joined that same day. I chose the PLUS membership, and glad I did.
