Very knowledgeable on what needed to get done. The Jeep needed the drain bolt removed from the transfer case. He noticed some other things needing to get done and was done all at the same time. Very timely and communicated well.
My daughter is 1400 miles away broke down on the interstate on a Sunday afternoon Labor Day weekend 2 hours from her home. After talking with her and figuring out it was a broken serpentine belt I was able to talk to Robert. He said his base charge was $120. I’m thinking great $120 plus whatever this guy is gonna charge to fix it. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Robert was there within 20 minutes and explained everything he was doing. I just moved to Arizona from the Midwest and my car needed a new serpentine belt, my car was stuck in a random parking lot after overheating. We called Robert and he was there within the hour to look at my car. He was very informative and kind towards me. Usually I do not have this experience has a woman getting her car fixed. It usually doesn’t help that my dad will call before hand to tell them what is going on. Robert took the time to explain to me what everything did and what he was going to do to fix it.
