On 8/25/25, unfortunately my very large pine tree fell onto my home during a storm and it damaged my garage interior, and roof. I reached out to Ascent Construction and they were able to come by the next day to assess the damage and give me quotes. In the end, my home insurance covered everything, but even before I found that out, I felt that it was much more reasonable than I anticipated. As a real estate agent it's necessary to have excellent trades people to refer my clients to. Jordan and his company have been just that. I hired them for a job at my house (installing a couple attic fans) and have also referred them to several clients and had great feedback from everyone. Jordan was very personable and professional. His ideas on ways to address a bird roosting issue were well thought out and have proven to be effective. He completed the repair and spike installation quickly and the final invoice came in $300 below the original bid.
