George, the Tech was very informative, fixed all me issues. The only downside was the AHS Warranty would not cover sink water stoppers which was causing my two sink leaks. Very disappointing they would not cover because they said it was part of the sink (did not make sense). A leak is a leak and the part that is causing the leak should be covered. If it was the faucet leaking they would have covered. So crazy to me and it put a very bad taste in my mouth. Now I’m doubting if it’s worth have a home warranty or not. I received this home warranty free as part of my agreement to purchase this house. Maybe other home warranty companies are better than AHS!
