Shoutout to Zack at America’s Best — dude absolutely crushed it. He handled my pre-tests and made the whole process smooth, fast, and actually enjoyable (which is wild for eye stuff). Super knowledgeable, explained everything clearly without talking down to me, and just had that calm, confident “I know exactly what I’m doing” energy. You can tell when someone genuinely cares about doing the job right, and Zack is 100% that guy.
