Mike was the tech. He assessed the issue (broken slat in the gate) and went to get supplies. Did not take him long. The gate will now last a little bit longer. Will use them again for small issues.
Mike W was very professional and thorough. And the time estimate for completing the work was very accurate. I appreciated that the estimated cost was right in line with the actual cost. No hidden charges. Although Mike did stay and cut down boards so that I could fit them in my dumpster, my only critique is that the clean up at the end of the job wasn't what I expected. I didn't realize that I would be responsible for cleaning up and removing unused or old debris. Just be specific when you get the estimate if you want that included.
