Technicians were wonderful. Promt and made a good experience. However I do have 1 small compliant. No photos were added to 1st revised invoice as was supposed to have been done. I only asked to insure items used were used as I was not there.When asked they were provided to me with the same invoice with a big stamp marked final notice. All within 1st 24hrs. To me the stamp was like sending all capital letters that I had asked to much info. Unable to get ahold of anyone talk about it. Take it for what it is but I felt a little disrespected. This is the only way to let them know maybe a little better when office dealing with customers.
So my pool guy told me I might need a new pump (Hayward). So I called this company and asked them to come out and do a service call. SO HONEST. He let me know it was just the filters, did not try and sell me things I don't need. Very direct, not scared to let me know what I was doing wrong.... just amazing, down to business fix the problem. knew in 5 minutes what it was after he talked to my pool guy. In a world where everyone tries to take advantage of you - this guy MATT were amazing. Also next day service. INSANE!!! I have waited so long sometimes for service calls, as a new widow, I cry.
