Update: Despite my initial frustrations, Elijah and Breanne worked hard to stay in constant communication with me until the cooling issue was resolved. Special shout out to Elijah and Austin for spending time at my home to ensure everything with the new system was buttoned up and functioning properly.
We highly recommend the honest team at A-Quality for your HVAC needs. Elijah and Mark were outstanding at diagnosing and repairing a somewhat complicated issue with our A/C system. Mark came out on one of the hottest days and persisted with our system in the blazing sun until he discovered the problem and had it back up and running. He is extremely experienced and a very straight forward and honest business owner.
We had to have them come back a number of times due to the complexity of the issue and throughout the process the office manager provided friendly and very accommodating customer service. We will definitely be calling A-Quality for all future HVAC... read full review
We had the pleasure of working with A-quality after our home warranty assigned them for our AC repair. The tech, Austin, was wonderful to work with, super knowledgeable, very nice and polite and he went above and beyond helping us have some cold AC blowing over the hot 4th of July weekend even though the part didn't arrive in time for the repair. If we could request that our home warranty only send A-quality out for every repair we would!! If Austin's boss is reading this, he deserves a raise! This couldn't have been a better experience!
