It is easy to be a good Contractor when things go right. A little more challenging when they do not. The crew was diligent and cleaned up every day. When the work was completed, an error was found. No need to discuss the details, but it was the Contractor's due. Hunter Ryan, HS3 General Contracting & The Roof King stepped up to make it right. That was an expensive and time-consuming decision for them. I suspect most Contractors would have tried to dodge the issue or figure an easy way out. They tackled it head-on. The measure of a person or company is not if a mistake is made; it is how the mistake is resolved. Integrity in any trade goes a long way. Hunter and H3 have that and more. We are pleased with the final outcome.
