Do not visit this practice!!! Front office is completely incompetent and billing department is unresponsive. Been dealing with a billing issue and have called five times and emailed with the promise of a return call 3-5 business days and crickets. Save yourself the headache and go to Honor Health across the way!

Update to response from practice on original post: I have emailed and also called several times the central Optum billing department for the last four months. They say they have to contact the practice directly (this FH office). You have been contacted directly several times from the main billing department but you have never responded.

Love the front staff and the nurse! However the physician I saw was terrible. No personality, no bed side manner, everything I had concerns about was quickly dismissed. The doctor truly acted like I was wasting her time.

This practice continues to disappoint. Call to refill a prescription that should have had a year of renewals (saw Dr.klatt in august for a lengthy appointment). Find out today, it’s not been refilled, dr says she will give me a month but needs to see me (AGAIN) for another appt —to renew a prescription that should have been taken care of in august … not a new prescription - I have been taking it for years! She is unhelpful, arrogant and wasteful with my insurance companies dollars. Also quite Rude in her responses to messages. These nonsense appointments drive up the cost of everyone’s premiums.
