My mother-in-law is wheelchair bound so it is challenging and costly to get her around outside her home. The fact that this facility does not offer COVID vaccines has been a huge inconvenience and cost to her. It is ridiculous they do not offer this basic service.

Scheduled a physical with blood work with Kimberly Klatt. Came to find out I was not getting that DURING the apt. They called the day prior to say they wouldn't be carrying my insurance. Doctor and NP were not understanding or caring in any way. The doctor threatened to cancel my blood work request if I didn't follow up with her specifically, which was concerning since they wouldn't be carrying the insurance shortly after anyhow. The paperwork you come in 30 minutes early for will essentially be your entire apt if you're a new patient. I was asked the exact same questions three times through the initial paperwork, NP questions, and the doctors questions. Waste of time....read full review

I went with my partner and had the worst medical experience of my entire life. Kimberly Klatt is a crook and her staff is incompetent. They just want your money, they don’t give a damn about you. They will waste your time. Go anywhere else and you will have a better experience. 2.9 stars is too high.
