We had a gas leak in our Rental RV on our way to Grand Canyon. Being complete newbies to the RV world this has been quite a bad surprise. The Team at Mohave RV has been very nice, helped us on the phone to identify the Type of Regulator we would need, and had it in Stock. They made time for us to stop by half an hour later, fixed the regulator and were completely OK with sending the invoice to the rental company.A special service is the local care-dog, asking to be pet while waiting. Very good for increasing the mood in such moments.Thank you, Mohave RV Team! You made a difference to us.

As usual, Dan gave me some excellent advice regarding my solar charging system.Don't know what I'd do without him.And the back up camera is now working properly.Thanks to all of the great people at Mohave RV.

The only reason I gave 4 stars is because there is no public bathroom and no coffee offered. The staff were very nice and easy to work with including the tech that worked on my rv. I will definitely refer them and will return if/when orher repairs are needed.
