So, I am always willing to go to another base and try out the staff because there is some real talent... sometimes. This place has butchered my haircut twice. Once with someone that clearly smokes too much and the other was new and clearly does not have any type of training. I understand this base trains new soldiers but as an officer you expect a tab bit more. No fade, didn't listen to anything I said, looked like crap, and acted like it was even close to acceptable. I will admit I should have said something but I was frustrated and it was beyond repair. So in closing find anywhere else and get what you want.

I've gotten a haircut at Exchange Barbershop a few times this winter. The staff are always friendly and professional. Today's haircut was done by Lisa. She gave me a great haircut and some tips on things to see while in Arizona. I will definitely return.
