We recently experienced an issue with our Tesla; its battery was severely drained faster than usual due to the cold weather. Stranded in a Walmart parking lot with only 2-3% battery left, we urgently needed assistance. To our relief, Randall’s towing company responded immediately to our call, and within 30 minutes, they arrived at our rescue. Their prompt and efficient service was truly commendable. Both Shad and Stephanie, who assisted us, were not only professional but also exceptionally kind and understanding of our situation. After having a complete phiasco with the first towing company our insurance called out, Randall’s towing was a breath of fresh air! Stephanie not only sent me a text when she was en route, but she politely knocked on our door to let us know she had arrived. She offered to pick up our truck in our community parking and sent us a follow up text letter us know the truck was at the repair shop.Stephanie went above and beyond our expectations, fantastic customer service! Randall’s towing has earned a lifetime customer!
Randall and Stephanie handled my difficult tow. Mercedes Benz cls500 with air suspension inoperable. It was looow. They kept me informed and communicated with me the entire way. Very nice equipment they brought/own. No damage to the car. Wouldn’t hesitate to call them again for any towing needs. A+
