Very Professional !! no horse playing at all , perfect team working together . Wesley is the lead therapist . He gave me all the results from one of my MRI's Explaining it better than any of my Medical MD's ! A+ Finally I found a therapist who listens to all my Ache's and pains !!!
I have had two shoulder surgeries and both knees replaced, Empower has been my PT go to for the past 6 years. They have a wonderful staff, with minimal turnover. Dr. Wes is kind and is very good at making sure I had the correct diagnosis for whatever I was there for. Noel and Andrew are excellent therapists. Jay, Drew, Niko and Ryan are all awesome assistants. I would highly recommend Empower, if you live in or around Florence for any and all PT needs.
I scheduled an appointment for vertigo, but couldn’t get me in for a week. Surprised the next day, when they called and had a cancellation and could get me in the next day. Wes, the PT, was great. While the procedures to help correct the issue are very nauseating and overwhelming at times, he would pause until the nausea cleared and gave me a moment to calm down from all the spinning. Only took 3 appointments and I’m back to my old self and no more vertigo. Staff was very friendly and engaging. Great work
