Avid gym rat, travel through the lower 48 in my own semi, many back and neck disc problems. Try to get at least two massages a month along with The Joint chiropractic care. Cici gave me thee best massage of my life. I can't say enough. Every knot between my shoulder blades and embedded in my traps is gone. I will l always stop in when I come through Flagstaff. My girlfriend and I got a 60 min couples massage. Overall experience 3 stars - mine was 4 stars, hers was 1 or 2 stars. Mine - female masseuse, good technique and generally good pressure, though a few techniques were different (neck massage) Hers - male masseuse, bad pressure throughout and way too hard even though she told him around 30 times 'too hard' - bad technique (she said it felt like a back rub with no massage technique) If going, suggest asking for a female masseuse.
