Excellent customer service! The staff is highly knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. The doctor's are fantastic. I felt very comfortable with them. They obviously care about each patient.
(This review is for the Optical Center located in The Eye & Laser Center: Robert L Mahanti, MD.)Went to get my son's pupil distance measured at the optical center, and Ryan assisted us. He was wonderful with my son, worked very quickly, and then even helped me with my own glasses without me even asking. He was kind and polite the entire time, and incredibly helpful; he went above and beyond what I came in for.If you need somewhere to shop for glasses or to get your glasses adjusted, I suggest The Eye & Laser Optical Center- ask for Ryan!
Dr. Mahanti and his staff are simply amazing. I called with an emergency on a weekday afternoon, and they managed to squeeze me into their very busy schedule. Dr. Mahanti very quickly, painlessly and thoroughly removed the object that had been scratching my cornea and causing severe pain. I highly recommend this excellent physician!
