Exceptional service! Very friendly team from the receptionist answering the phone and scheduling to the guys that showed up to actually do the work. We scheduled to have a few rooms (three of our four) done plus our couch and after thinking about it decided to add the extra room, hall and a linen headboard. They were super accommodating and flexible for us to be able to add in these things and explained so much ahead of time in relation to what to expect and why (I didn't even think you'd need that for just carpet cleaning but you'd be surprised!) In 2021 we had a pipe burst behind our laundry room wall, causing extensive damage throughout our 2-bedroom townhome. TG's was referred to us by our plumber to help us navigate the insurance and repairs that would be necessary. I do not know how we would have navigated this process without the professional expertise of this company, specifically the owner, Loretta. She had the difficult task of helping us submit claims to both our private insurance and the HOA insurance, both of which didn't want to pay their part. So glad we found this awesome local business to clean our tile and sectional. The customer service was exceptional from the very first inquiring phone call with Loretta, to the service provided by our professional cleaner, to the final call where I was able to pay my invoice over the phone. We will definitely be having them back! - can't say enough about these guys!
