We are so fortunate to have Stefani and community acupuncture in our community! I have been going to Stuck for several years now for a variety of conditions including physical injuries from knee pain and nerve damage to asthma and anxiety. What I appreciate the most about is her intuitive approach and how she takes the time to listen and also to what my body is saying. From this, she then creates a treatment plan that's tailored to my current needs from what’s showing up in the moment. She does far more than just treating the “symptom”. While she does treat the symptom, she’s also treating the underlying cause of what’s creating the symptom. Stefani is a true wealth of knowledge and expertise, offering so much more than just acupuncture. In addition to acupuncture, she has also used dry needling and gua sha techniques, which have been incredibly effective in relieving my muscle tension and asthma symptoms. What's more, her herbal remedies have made a significant difference in my overall health and well-being, surpassing even Western medicine approaches. I feel fortunate to have found her as my go-to for any health-related issues as well as preventative health and wellness. I’m grateful that we have such a great resource in Flagstaff.
