We, Health First Foundation, switched to Stephens at the beginning of 2025 and the transition was seamless. They jumped right in, created the reports we needed in the format requested without batting an eye and are readily available for questions and/or to help explain things (I am newer to the accounting side of business). Rainie and Gen handle what I'll call the day to day of our books without issue but Kevin has always made himself available. Their pricing is fair and the service and expertise has been spot-on.
