We had to have our septic system certified for the sale of our house. We had called another company in town and we were EXTREMELY dissatisfied with their unprofessional response, charges and ultimately wrong diagnosis that would of ended up costing us upwards of $9,000 and was completely unnecessary! Then we called Septic Services and were incredibly impressed with their response, willingness to listen and true dedication to their craft. These folks are professionals and thank goodness they serve the area we are moving to. I would not hire another company for Septic issues in the Flagstaff area. If you are having Septic issues hire these folks. They will take good care of you! George, Carlos and their team have a lot of knowledge, professionalism and truly care about their customers.

What an amazing company. I've had on and off issues with my septic tank backing up and I had used Septic Service LLC to pump my tank in the past. Their pump prices were better than others, and I finally decided to solve my backing up issue.As they started digging into it, there were roots that filled up about 90% of my outlet pipe. Just like a clogged artery. The entire crew was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. Even the owner was on-site working. I highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future for any maintenance and inspections I'll need.

Had and issue with low septic flow. Called Septic Service and they came out in under half an hour. Identified the problem as blockage in the line to the leach field and I've scheduled them to come out and dig it up and fix it. They carefully explained what was going on to me, showed me how the line was blocked, and pumped both sides of the tank. Highly professional and courteous. They also showed me how that the solid side of the tank hadn't been pumped in over 10 years - despite my having had the tank pumped four years ago by Mortensen Plumbing.
