I cried on my way to my massage this week. My body was already releasing in anticipation of the self care that was to come. It's more than a massage that you receive, it's a healing journey for mind, body and spirit. It's a time where you can just relax into the moment and time really does seem to stand still. And Terry Grantham is a precious soul who wraps you in her care and expertise. She intuitively and masterfully works with your needs and each time feels like a deeper and new experience. I can not recommend Sacrad Space Healing Massage enough. Treat yourself!

I have never had a massage like the ones I have experienced from Terry...she heals not only the body, but also the spirit. Her focus on healing and the way she lets go of a sense of time and listens to what the body/spirit needs is a true gift. After my first massage with Terry I was able to breathe deeply in a way I never knew I could- she released something in my ribs that has been constricting my breath. The way she doesn't rush but listens to the body and waits for the muscles to release is really special. And it's a massage that truly lasts. In addition to more traditional massage techniques she also uses tuning forks and bowls and creates a true space of healing. I felt deeply loved and cared for in each one of my sessions and couldn't recommend her enough! And a word of advice- make sure that you block out the rest of your day so you can fully relax after your massage. You will walk out of there a true puddle of relaxation. Why not stay in that state as long as possible? It's a true gift.

Terry Grantham is a healer; though touch, voice, breath and being. Terry has been my massage therapist for over twenty years and I have never had the same massage twice. Every experience is different and wonderful. Terry continues to work emotionally and physically on herself as well her clients. She has extensive experience with cranial sacral work, rebirthing, yoga and almost every type of bodywork there is. I have had incredible healing sessions with Terry and seem to be transported to deeper levels of healing every time I visit. I am blessed to be able to work with Terry.
