I started here several years ago with our family of 4. Each one of us felt welcomed from the start. Sifu Matthew Banks is top notch- him and Laoshi Harrison and Laoshi Walls (kids instructor) are incredible teachers. I have grown so much in strength and confidence as a result of my training here. Anyone interested should come for a free class- you won't regret it!

Our family stumbled upon this kung fu academy a couple years ago with no prior exposure to martial arts, and we never looked back. The positive energy and inclusiveness in the team here are fabulous - everyone should give it a try for physical/mental focus, coordination, strength, overall fitness. Training here every week puts your whole life in balance... by far the best place in Flagstaff!
