Dr. Williams and Amanda are great and really get to know their clients personally and physically. The knowledge shines bright and they always switching up stretches so you are always challenging yourself.
Proof P/T got me out of pain without med’s. I can now work, golf, ride my motorcycle for hours pain free. Both Dr.J and Amanda got me feeling really good for the first time in over 12 years. Lower back pain (old ski injury) and both rotator cuffs tears. I have been going to many P/T’s over the years and got some help,but nothing like Proof.THANK YOU for now being pain-free.
Proof has been the best and most personalized PT and training I have received! I have been to many PT places but none have been as helpful as proof! The staff listens and understands that every situation is different and needs different care. Jordan and Amanda have helped me get back to working my very physical job working on a farm pain free! I highly recommend proof for physical therapy and personal training!
