They always do an outstanding job removing the stains and preserving the carpet/sofa until we can replace them. I'm always amazed at how clean they look, and my guests appreciate it, too. I have used this company for many years now and have always been pleased with Thane;s company. I've enjoyed meeting Thane's dad when he assisted him a couple of times. Thane is very professional and fixed my new carpet after my son's puppy chewed a hole in it. After 8 years, you still can't see where the repair took place. Thane is so easy to work with and I love talking to him. My carpets never looked better.
