Ogden’s is fantastic. It was my first time using them in my 3 years in flagstaff the other day. I needed a very quick turnaround because we decided to get married at the courthouse on Wednesday. I dropped 6 pieces off on Monday afternoon and it was finished and the items were perfectly cleaned and pressed within 24 hours for no extra fee.
They also are great at communicating. They called me to inform me a shirt wasn’t ready that needed another go around or gave me the option to pick it up after the first pass. This is one a few dry cleaning places within commuting distance from my house. They put my information in the computer and immediately texted me to let me know that they would be updating me on progress. I liked how well they communicate. I was pleasantly surprised and the value.
Best customer service I’ve experienced in a long while. Had a dog blanket/throw that is kinda white. Think white wolf looking rug. Looks new. They ran it multiple times until it came out perfect.
